Tasks in Project - can't be arranged manually

Improvements

Although I am able to drag and drop them, they are returning to their first position automatically. Also when I add tasks - they are not arranged by creation time, alphabetically or any other I can think of - how are they listed?

    Again - maybe this video will help :) https://cleanshot.com/share/4NQYyZFFtcTCBs6QPjD2 This shows that each task added is adding itself in different places - they are not listed as one after another as created, and they are not sorted alphabetically. Also when I try to reorder them (the animation/drag-n-drop action is visible) but when I release, they are restored to the previous place.

    I assume you mean that inside the view, you cannot reorder tasks right?
