Select values cannot be reordered / colored

The colors for Select field options seem editable when creating types, but it seems to just have a specific automatic generation of the color chosen based off the option text, and doesn’t actually change when I choose a new color.

Also, when creating a new object of that Type, the dropdown options aren’t in the same order in the type definition when I created it, they’re just random. Yet the type creation seemed to give a way to reorder the options. This one is more minor, since it still works and I can find the option, but it’s not a smooth experience.
