Meeting Recordings Stuck in Generating

I'm running into an issue where my meeting recordings get stuck in 'Generating...', during the meeting I can see it being transcribed, but when it stops it just hangs in 'Generating...' and logs can look at to see what is happening? Additionally it seems to lock up Routine so I'm then not able to open my Calendar/Agenda. The only thing that seems to work is then closing Routine and after reopening the recording summary is never generated.
