Keybinding

I set up keybinding for launching the open/close dashboard to cmd+opt+^+shift+R (as I can map caps to cmd+opt+^+shift). But this also does so cmd+R also opens the dashboard. Would be nice to get that fixed so I can use that binding.

I believe a few people might use this similar binding as raycast enables this caps mapping.
