Hierarchy changes on pages does not save

Hello,
I created several “parent” pages. Afterwards, I reorder them in the navigation tree. Yet, they go back to the original order.

    It is essential for the organisation of our content. And it should be easy to move up/down and even to put it under another page as a sub-page
