Hi sorry I'm just seeing this….It’s easy to add Gmail messages to Routine, but the GMAIL icon inside Routine that should require a click to link back to the original gmail is not working, so I still have to juggle two inboxes…..specifically nothing happens when I click the icon. it seems it’s not linked to anything?

Hi @Allegro , sorry about this issue. What is going wrong exactly ? Does a browser tab open when you click the icon ?
From the open email could you try clicking the left arrow at the top to take you to the database screen, then make Url visible in the properties, then send me a screenshot of the URL there ? You can also paste it directly in a web browser to see if it works like that - but to copy it you may need to open Routine in your browser and Shift + Right click on the URL there.
