Floating note

I am requesting something we may call quick jot or floating note.

It would allow us to open a small floating window with note. This note would be always on top and not to big. Somettimes we need to have something on top to note to not jumping around different apps. We might capture there our quick thoughts or something that we need to fast change copy → paste → modify → copy → past.

It may be a code, cli or simple text string. Would behave as normal note but floating.

This floating note would be accessed using global keyboard shortcuts.

It is not extend of ctrl + space feature. It is new possibility to have small work space to write something down, to do not need to remember for a while or jumping around few apps. Something similar to sticky notes on go.

We might move it from one place to another, and would keep same place on the screen after second opening, app restart or even pc restart. .

If we would close it, content would be save in it after second opening, app restart or even pc restart.

We might save notes we caputre in floating note to our notes. One idea is to add additional tab in notes for this. Or in future let user decide where they would need to save it in journals, notes or in other object.
