Hotkey does not work to show dashboard

Today I noticed a bug where my contextual capture wasn’t popping up when pressing ctrl + space. When I tried to reassign the shortcut, it would not take ctrl + another key as input (except if I did ctrl + alt + another key).

Further at some point I just assigned the space key as my shortcut to test, it worked, but then tried to change it. However, the contextual capture would open upon pressing the space key, regardless of whether another key or no key was assigned to contextual capture. Closing Routine and restarting it did not fix this bug. Rebooting my computer did fix it.

Also, when looking for help on your website, I noticed contextual capture not longer appears in the free tier. If my understanding is correct, why do I still have access to contextual capture?
