Console notes field keeps the previous task's notes after the task is created

Routine desktop for Windows 11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Console with the global hotkey.

2. Type a task title, then click into the notes section and type some notes.

3. Press Enter to create the task.

4. Open the Console again with the hotkey.

Expected: a fresh capture with an empty title and empty notes.

Actual: the title is empty, but the notes section still contains the previous task's notes. Anything I type next ends up with old notes attached unless I clear them by hand.

Note: keeping a draft makes sense when I hide the Console without submitting. But after the task has been created, the whole form should reset, notes included.
