Better calendar features

The calendar functionality today is quite simple - I notice me always going back to google calendar or notion calendar for a true calendar experience. Features I miss:
- See colleagues availability
- Recognize the same event on different calendar accounts and display it as one event (great notion calendar feature) → block work events on a shared personal calendar
- add conferencing to a new event created
- scheduling links (within notion, so you can actively manage them just like in notion calendar)
