Better calendar features
The calendar functionality today is quite simple - I notice me always going back to google calendar or notion calendar for a true calendar experience. Features I miss:
- See colleagues availability
- Recognize the same event on different calendar accounts and display it as one event (great notion calendar feature) → block work events on a shared personal calendar
- add conferencing to a new event created
- scheduling links (within notion, so you can actively manage them just like in notion calendar)

As for same event in different calendars, Routine already supports it. The cases where it is not supported is when a software actually creates distinct events with different identifiers. For this, Routine cannot know if it is the same event.
For adding conferencing, it is supported but only for Google Meet for now. Integrations will allow adding more conferencing platforms soon.
