App bugs: voice said created, nothing appeared; Calendar didn’t refresh task edits

Today, is my first day using the iPhone Routine app, and the first two things I tried both failed.

First, I used the red + voice assistant to create “Dog Beach with Sheena today 12 PM to 4 PM.” The assistant said it created/scheduled it, but nothing appeared on my calendar or in visible task lists.

Second, I edited a task title. Agenda updated, but Calendar still showed the old text until I force-closed and reopened the app.

It’s Not a good first impression. Please let me know if these are known issues and how this is being fixed.
