Android widget doesn't show events and tasks

The Android widget used to work fine, but now it doesn't show events and tasks for the day. Removing and adding the widget again didn't fix the problem.

Okay, as I was writing this, I went back to the Routine Android app, the striked cloud icon went away, and the widget updated correctly.

So was I offline for a while? I remember seeing this striked cloud icon for several days.
