Adding Properties to Types Won't Save

Trying to customise types and add custom properties but it won’t save the properties. Also, the default types are supposed to have default properties? I can’t see any of these properties on any of the default types.

I love the philosophy and concept of Routine, but it seems quite buggy. Hope you guys can sort them out.
